Dr. Andres Vallejo

As an Attending Physician I provide quality patient care to diverse populations exclusively in the Post-Acute Care industry, Long-Term care setting, and Assisted living for the past 7 years. I have a proven track record of improving patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I strongly believe that doing the ordinary things extraordinary well will take you a long way and ultimately will benefit our patients. If we as a team have a shared philosophy of caring for others and bringing the best of us to our daily decisions by being intentional about our actions, then optimal care is guaranteed.

I hold a MD degree from Universidad de la Sabana in Bogota, Colombia and post doctorate and Residency from New York University, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in Internal Medicine, Project Management, and Patient Assessment. I am passionate about advancing the field of Post-Acute Care and enhancing the quality of life of my patients.

I am extremely grateful and honored of being part of this remarkable group of professionals and look forward to collaborating and effectively support the development and needs of our Post-Acute Care partners. Lastly, we are new to Florida, we just move from Maryland to finally be close to our loved ones, this move cannot come on a better timing, and I am certain that this symbiotic relationship will continue to grow for the benefit of everyone involved in the care of our community.
