Clinical Leadership Grounded in Continuity and Accountability

As CMO, Dr. Andres Vallejo, MD provides physician-led oversight across CFIM’s post-acute programs, partnering closely with facility leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care. With more than seven years of exclusive experience in post-acute, long-term care, and assisted living settings, he emphasizes continuity across transitions, proactive clinical management, and clear communication. Dr. Vallejo earned his medical degree from Universidad de La Sabana in Bogotá, Colombia, completed his residency at New York University, and is proud to serve Central Florida communities.
